I contacted KR Blinds for some idea of costings of maybe an aluminium awning to weather seal an open end of a patio.  The assistance from Toni was very friendly, and extremely helpful, even offering suggestions for a more economical option. How refreshing it is to see that sort of sincerity and honesty that puts a customers best interests in front of making a sale.
